LALALA
Okay, well, it's been awhile, let me see what all happened. My brother and I haven't really talked much, but he'll still talk to me so that's good. My mom, sister-in-law and I spent hours making cookies and such for him. Then, Emily and I had an absolute blast using a vacuum sealer to ship them out to him. That was fun.
This last week has been a NIGHTMARE. Well, let's start with Monday. I actually get up in time to be to class on time, for once. I get in my car, go to start it, and it just clicks. My dad told me it was just the battery, yeah, right. A family friend came over to help me out with it, and try and jump start it for me. It wouldn't even take the jump start. Our friend said he thought there was more wrong than the battery. But my mom came home and took me to get a new battery for it anyway. I put the new battery in. At this point, the car would start, but wouldn't stay running. The car ended up being towed to a local garage, despite my protests. They had to replace the mass air sensor and the idle control modular. So I get my car back on Wednesday morning. I drove the car to class, went home afterwards, then went to work. The car was fine. Then, I go to start it Thursday morning to go to my 8 AM EXAM, and it would start, but wouldn't stay running, AGAIN. I ended up stealing my mom's car for class, but only Psych. The car had to be towed again to the same damn garage. Come to find out, they took my intake manifold apart, but never put it back together. After all this, they tried to tell my mother she owed them five hundred dollars. She made a comment to the effect of,"uh...no." and they decided to cover the costs themselves. Jackasses who don't know what their doing...dammit.
As for my psychology exam, it went fairly well, actually. Then I had another exam last night, which ended up being the best exam score in that class. Suprisingly, since I just skimmed the material on Freud, since I can't stand Freud. But hey, all that matters is I did well, and that class is over. No final in Psych, thank God!
After the exam, Emily and I went to see Syriana. Very good movie, but a tad confusing. It has about five plot lines, which are all different, yet they all coincide in the end. The pace was similar to Jarhead, by which I mean the beginning was slow, but the pace picked up at the end. There were a lot of politics in Syriana, but I really liked it. I still haven't seen Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, but I'll get to that. Well, that's pretty much been my life for the past couple of weeks. I'll get back on here when I remember it. Auf Wiedersehn
